Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Founder Growth OS (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use the service.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, optional name, securely hashed password, timezone, and subscription status.
• X connection: X user ID, username, profile details, granted scopes, and encrypted OAuth tokens. We do not request direct-message access.
• Founder Identity: product description, audience, expertise, point of view, goals, and the Identity you edit and approve.
• Growth activity: daily actions, drafts, skip reasons, posts you explicitly approve, completion events, and available public post metrics.
• Payment data: Lemon Squeezy processes payment details. We receive customer, subscription, and entitlement identifiers, not full card numbers.

How we use information

We use this data to authenticate you, connect your X account, generate and improve your requested daily action, publish only after explicit approval, measure your seven-day progress, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot. We do not sell personal information or use submitted content to train a shared model.

AI processing

Your Founder Identity and recent drafts may be sent securely to DeepSeek solely to produce requested Identity analysis and daily drafts. Do not submit sensitive personal information. AI processing may occur outside your country and outputs may be inaccurate.

X and publishing

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Founder Growth OS publishes only when you click the approval button for a specific draft. Disconnecting X attempts to revoke access and deletes local connection credentials.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with DeepSeek for AI generation, X for authorization/publishing/metrics, Lemon Squeezy for billing, and infrastructure providers that host the service. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the service and users.

Retention and security

Account, Identity, daily action, post, validation, and subscription records are retained while needed to provide and evaluate the service and meet legal or fraud-prevention duties. You may request account deletion. We use TLS, password hashing, encrypted OAuth tokens, access controls, and rate limits. No system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may disconnect X, cancel a subscription through the billing portal, or request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support.
