Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PostLens. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

PostLens provides AI-generated summaries, a private writing Voiceprint, a saved Insight Vault, and source-backed writing suggestions for X. Outputs and automated risk checks can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every output, verifying claims and sources, and for anything you publish.

Acceptable use

You must not use PostLens to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, X’s terms, or another platform’s rules; automate spam or harassment; impersonate others; distribute malware; probe or disrupt the service; share accounts; or bypass usage limits. We may suspend access for abuse.

Subscriptions

PostLens Pro costs US$9 per month unless a different price is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles payment, taxes, receipts, and refunds under the terms presented at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access normally continues through the paid period.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide and protect the service. PostLens software, branding, and site content belong to us or our licensors. X is a trademark of X Corp.; PostLens is not affiliated with X Corp.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, account actions by third-party platforms, or reliance on AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for PostLens in the preceding three months.
