Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Founder Growth OS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Founder Growth OS provides AI-assisted Founder Identity analysis, daily X growth actions, editable drafts, user-approved publishing, progress tracking, and available post metrics. AI output and metrics may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every draft and for anything you publish.

Publishing control

The service does not promise audience growth or business results. A post is sent to X only after you explicitly approve the final text. You are responsible for verifying claims and complying with X rules.

Acceptable use

You must not violate law, intellectual-property or privacy rights, X’s terms, or another platform’s rules; automate spam or harassment; impersonate others; distribute malware; probe or disrupt the service; share accounts; or bypass usage limits. We may suspend access for abuse.

Subscriptions

Founder Growth OS Pro costs US$9 per month unless a different price is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles payment, taxes, receipts, and refunds under the checkout terms. You may cancel anytime; access normally continues through the paid period.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide, evaluate, and protect the service. Founder Growth OS software, branding, and site content belong to us or our licensors. X is a trademark of X Corp.; Founder Growth OS is not affiliated with X Corp.

Availability and termination

The service is provided “as is” without guaranteed uptime, growth, reach, or accuracy. We may change or discontinue the service and may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, account actions by third-party platforms, or reliance on AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
